It allows us to forecast for potential risks and put in place redundancy solutions.
Maintenance has a number of additions including 24/ 7 Helpdesk facility, backup monitoring, onsite maintenance and anti spam. All maintenance customers receive monthly reports detailing their usage of Helpdesk including a breakdown of the fault time, day and resolution.
